For ClinicAid Stand-Alone clients only:
There may be a different process to login and change your password if you are an API or Juno EMR client.
Login to ClinicAid:
Go to https://www.clinicaid.ca/ and click on the 'Login' button near the top right.
Enter your email
Enter your password
Click the blue “Get Started” button
Once you have logged in, you can change your password:
In the ClinicAid "Admin" section in the left-hand menu, click on "Users".
Click on the blue edit pencil icon to the far right of your name and change your password.
If you are having trouble remembering your password, you can request a password reset, by clicking on "Forgot your password?". (This action can only be done if you have verified your email address in ClinicAid.)
