For ClinicAid Stand-Alone clients only:

There may be a different process to login and change your password if you are an API or Juno EMR client.

Login to ClinicAid:

  • Go to and click on the 'Login' button near the top right.

  • Enter your email

  • Enter your password

  • Click the blue “Get Started” button

Once you have logged in, you can change your password:

  • In the ClinicAid "Admin" section in the left-hand menu, click on "Users".

  • Click on the blue edit pencil icon to the far right of your name and change your password.

If you are having trouble remembering your password, you can request a password reset, by clicking on "Forgot your password?". (This action can only be done if you have verified your email address in ClinicAid.)
