By default, in BC, there is only 1 DX Code (Diagnostic Code) box. If your service codes require 3 Diagnostic Codes to be paid successfully, you can configure your settings by following these steps:
In your account go to “Preferences”, then “Settings.”
From here under the “Claims” tab, click the “Enable all three diagnostic codes:” to YES, and click on “Save Settings”.
Now when creating your invoice, you will have three boxes available for diagnostic codes.
